Religiosity Will Never be Wholly Lived in History

March 13, 2017

“… human problems will always have unresolved aspects.” (Carron, The Religious Sense)

This cuts deep. As a severly melancholic, type A person, the idea of “unresolved aspects” to problems makes me want to barf. My life is in the throes of major transition right now and there are just SO MANY UNRESOLVED ASPECTS. WHY ME?! I cry out each morning in the shower. I want everything in a neat and tidy box that can be opened, enjoyed and then put away at the end of the night.

But what good is that? This life is messy and broken and unresolved.

And that’s okay. Got any unresolved aspects in your life right now? I’d love t hear about them!
